We know how important it is to find the most suitable formula for the best SKIN + MOOD experience. We want to treat you to a complimentary sample with any $75+ purchase placed through our website.

At checkout, simply choose the sample you would like to try, and we will be happy to include it in your order. Enjoy!

 

USA Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping in the USA for all orders over $75. Packages typically leave our studio within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for transit time to your destination. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally via USPS and UPS Express. Our shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or international VAT.  WOODS WILD BOTANICALS is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs. We do not take responsibility for delays due to international customs issues. Additionally, we recommend reviewing your local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees. Please note that international shipping may take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped as they must pass through customs. 

 

Returns

At WOODS WILD BOTANICALS, we produce in small batches and handcraft each product with love and care to deliver our clients the most pleasurable SKIN+MOOD experience. We offer travel sizes of our products as well as a discovery kit, so that you can try before indulging in a full size. If you are not truly satisfied with your selection, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product at hello@woodskincare.com. We are happy to work with you to find the most suitable solution. Returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and we reserve the right to decline a return if it is without just cause. 

Please note that because of the small nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds and we will process all returns as store credit or exchange.
